SP has been seen at the NAB convention earlier this week or late last week... having meetings.
He has been in NY meeting with an ad agency known for working with branding.
As far as I know the DT install remains functional in NE.
Sverdlik, a high powered, well-connected ad guy from NY, is onboard.
Tivus is woking with IBM to tweak the proprietary IPTV software.

The Tivus software is patent-pending.(Once patent is in-hand, this ballgame changes significantly.)
Sources on this board confirms SP is very hard at work selling ad space to a number of companies in PHilly to support the Marriott installation.
TA is gagged.
SP goes everywhere with NDAs ready to be signed by anyone who wants to discuss Tivus business with him and it appears everyone is honoring their commitments to this document.
Financials are late...both latest quarterly and most recent annual.
