Let me change your example so it makes sense here. If you had said, my car is going for $5k today and hopefully doesn't increase much further, but it really depends on whether I get this new job right away so I don't have to cover any further expenses. If you then increased it to $20k I would assume you didn't get the new job right away. Pretty straight forward if you ask me.

"The next day"? Here is the OS as reported weeks after the conference call.

"Indicate the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer's classes of common stock, as of the latest practicable date, February 15, 2012: 173,029,486."

How did they mislead us? When did anyone from the company say, "Our OS will not go beyond 200 mil"? I still haven't received a straight answer.
