There is NO DILUTION. I am amazed at the things people try to say in here. A dividend and dilution is not even close to the same thing... Anyone with common knowledge of how the stock market works knows this. They are not raising money, but are giving value to shareholders because of the value of their company. Enough said. Stop looking for excuses, stop claiming red flags, company is fully transparent we will see more acquisition news per the PR released today. We will have another significant run on that watch. No dilution is needed with financing in place. And guess what?? No bank or partner is going to give them money if they can't make it!
