Better read that again. That extension expired 2 weeks ago. That's why they have an E attached.
The real question is. Why would anybody put even one penny into this company. They are basically laughing in the face of investors.
Why in the hell have they not come out with that 10K.
It was management who destroyed this stock, not MM's. Everybody should have left this in the rearview mirror 2 weeks ago when they did not submit the 10K before the extension ran out.

ASYI(E) is a money sucking pit of sadness. Ya Ya go ahead call me short.
