I think you will see that soon enough. For a start there are only 32M shares in the float.
Then soon we will see an update about the Engine and I suppose we also will se an acquisition. They are also current in fillings and look @ the attorney letter! see fillings otcmarkets.com
IMO we will see some great events soon.
