Yeah. Same quantity of shares, for the same 5million$
Just, if the daily/weekly/monthly average share price is lower than a dime; will they get shares at the current (lower) price?

I'm going to guess if a provision to adjust issuing price of warrants down to a newer/lower price - it would be in the original agreement, i will look tonight - I'm in the field today...
