My Question for the day;
We know - MRL has warrants for shares exercisable @ .10 (ten cents)
Because that was the moving average price at the time of the agreement....

*If they (steves broker/dealer/market-maker) can walk down the daily/weekly moving average down and hold it for a X amount of time, will MRL be able to exercise warrants at the new trailing average?
