Shouting people down is disruptive.

Unless there really is a fire in the theater.

Then it would be a death interruption.

But seriously:

- I think that option is only available on premium areas of the site, not on stock boards.
- It's a polite way to say "shut up."
- It's a step down from the ban hammer.
