Jahred, I've never met Ken Denos or his wife and have no knowledge of any "inside deals" that may or may not have happened before I took over as CEO.

Regarding the Excelsior: We are posting a 2008 NI43101, this week, which was used as an exhibit an a law suit by NAOMI. It is exactly as it was provided to me by NAOMI legal counsel. Please feel free to contact the author to verify the content.
