I've owned UGSI before Andy came on board, however, I bought 80% of my total holdings after he arrived. Remember, Andy, senior management and 3-4 institutional clients own a boatload of restricted stock which they received at $0.08/share. They have to do a deal sometime in the next 2-3 years (MAXIMUM); hopefully in a year or two. I'm patient because almost all the employees used to work at US Filter. They are extremely qualified and most importantly, LOYAL!
