IMO- the company has focused on reducing debt and in turn reducing expense. Given same sales (no increase in sales), this in itself makes the company more profitable (in terms of net profit).. I know in penny land, some of the things investors like to see aren't always the drivers of the PPS, but I believe management is doing the right thing in reducing debt and expenses to make them more profitable with the sales and cash flows they presently have to work with. This is good management regardless of increased sales. Whatever the next FINS show in sales is not a concern of mine, because I am in this for long term. I love to see a company focused on debt reduction and expense reduction and let the sales growth go straight to the bottom line.
