I believe that you're also on wamu board.

I think that we are too optimistic during and after BK. 4HFS wanted to control WMI2 because they could fully utilize NOLs at $17-21 Billions. Since they were caught on the conspiracy, now OTHERS in industry are interested in NOLs or profit loss. That is the reason that WMIH's stock keep sinking.
