April 30th is not break or make day. The pr said it was the company's intention to have the filings done by the 30th not that the filings would be completed by the 30th. However, they may very well have the filings completed by the 30th but if they don't it does not mean the bottom falls out. It will only stall our fast journey to pennyland.
