There is a couple of things that sound really good but I think we need to calm down here a bit before making too many assumptions now. Anybody who knows me knows that I prefer to look at the current reality. I'm not trying to nitpick but here is my 2 cents.

1. Regarding the uplisting. Lee apparently said that all the paperwork will be in place by mid year and then they just need to have the higher share price. His preferred exchange is Nasdaq. He won't consider a RS. So please anybody here tell me how we should uplist by year end? And let's be real. 2 bucks per share is really really far away and very unlikely but 4 is ridiculous. There is just NO way for us to uplist this year to the Nas. People need to be a bit real. If we can't uplist this year then we won't be listed in Sweden in march or april. That's also clear.

2. Share structure. A few days ago people pointed out to me that we will have 70.5 million average weighted shares outstanding in 2012 and some even said they don't expect a higher share count than the 72 million we have now. I thought that's complete hogwash and now a few days after the 10k presentation they talk about 82 million shares out at the end of the year.

3. Taxes. Why do they need to suddenly pay taxes? Didn't Lee say that their sector is tax exempted or was that just temporary?

4. EPS. Lee pointed out a few days ago on the presentation that 68 cents in EPS for 2012 is for basic shares. Now it's suddenly for fully diluted shares. Why the change in just a few days?

I'm not negative or anything, just the opposite overall. I think SIAF could be a good investment over the next few years but I don't like this inconsistency on important things which they apparently always have and always had. I believe people are way too enthusiastic about the uplisting thing given our share price unless Nasdaq wants to waive their 4 minimum requirement for SIAF which is even less likely than at the AMEX.

Lee points out that he is sure that "his" shareholders (I guess he means Jordan) will support the share price in order for us to move higher. Heck yeah they will have a lot to support with 10 million new shares.......thankfully we have them. smile
