If it was a round up why would the ASK always be accurate.

On ETRADE PRO I see the correct bid / ask

If I use the normal part of the site to get REAL TIME that I see it.

And to be honest this happened for like 2.5 hours a few weeks ago when we had our first breakout....and we were all asking each other on the board who new what... because somebody thought .016 was a good entry point. They ended up being right!
