Well, first I will say welcome to the board, bro! There is a lot of great DD that you could really get some facts from if you take the time to read!

Second. I am no expert in this, but I believe a note receivable is money owed to RFMK, not money they owe someone else. That would be a note payable. Wait.....yep. Just asked my 2 year old and he confirmed that's true! Also, if you read the financials, which it looks like you tried, you will see this note receivable was for $11,626.

Third. Tom has stated that part of the proceeds from this last round of dilution were going towards paying of the LAST debt the company had on its books from previous funders. A lot has changed from the last financials to now. You can keep up by reading PR's and such if you wish to be accurate. There was debt on the books of roughly $70,000 at the end of 2011. According to PR's this debt has been paid off.

You are correct in one aspect, RFMK has previously undertaken a lot of short term funding. Tom has confirmed this and said he is busting his hump so that RFMK never has to go through this again. In the micro cap companies, the majority of funding is toxic financing. this is even that much more reassuring, if RFMK can in fact obtain a great funding option, which Tom has stated is basically done contingent on the audit being engaged!

Constructive conversation is great, but let's stick to facts. And let's get those facts straight please!

One last thing I will add. There is one small piece of information that we should be waiting on. The audit being engaged! It may not seem like much. But this is the first domino that needs to fall to have everything start an avalanche behind the scenes! This is what I want to see!
