SARASOTA, FL -- (Marketwire) -- 04/26/12 -- Emperial Americas, Inc. (a Florida Corporation) (OTCBB: TEXX) (OTCQB: TEXX) today announced that FINRA has approved its name change and new symbol, which is now TEXX.
CEO Alonzo Pierce said, "This is very exciting for us, as we now have in place the necessary tools to build upon the foundation we started two years ago with Emperial Americas, Inc. We will have many significant announcements in the upcoming days and weeks about our future plans."
