I continue to be amazed that SP is fastidious in NDA agreements. It is though he feels totally comfortable hiding corporate developments that go to a few, but are withheld from the general ownership of the company. Why? Why should two or three people have access to information that now can only be described as "insider information" while the rest try to pick through the bones of Tivus to glean some hint of what is happening? What is the point other than to hide details which may or may not result in a lack of trust for the company and it's development?

It makes the whole process look out of control, and terribly unorganized. It also gives the distinct appearance of "peak a boo" marketing of the company (Corporate officers give little glimpses of what MIGHT BE's, but then again as fast as something appears, it is never talked about again). Nothing seems to fit, and at worst, gives rise to the charge of mismanagement.

For those of you who have SP's ear, tell him to start acting in a professional manner like a ceo. This is getting old, fast. GLTA. R3
