U.S MILITARY CANCELS "LEAVE" FOR ALL TROOPS WORLDWIDE DURING SEPTEMBER AND OCTOBER
Clearly, the Gov knows something REALLY BIG is in the works!!
In addition to cancellation of all leave, the U.S. is now building a HUGE, brand new military base in. . . . . Paraguay, South America.
The base is in Mariscal Estigarribia, 200 km (127 miles) from the Bolivian border and will handle large aircraft and accommodate 16,000 troops. The U.S. Embassy in Paraguay DENIES the existence of this base. My South American sources say the government of Parguay agreed to hold all U.S. troops IMMUNE from Paraguayan law and IMMUNE from the International Criminal Court of the UN.
I am told that the U.S. threatened to withhold $24 Million in foreign aid from Paraguay unless they agreed to do this.
Speculation is that the U.S. is preparing for WAR in South America; specifically to sieze control of Bolivia's natural gas reserves and Venezuela's oil reserves. More details as they become available. . . .
