It was a very odd trading session today. Ive never seen the bid higher than the ask before, and for a long time. Why is the price being manipulated to be above .018 but not higher than .02....what is the benefit?

Are they buying or dumping their stocks right now? Im confused? Why would they care if the stock went up to .10 anyways.
