VASQUERO or anyone, question on puts

I was looking at the Dec 39 put for the QQQQ today,
when qqqq=39.10 I think the put was 1.25 , but at the close the put is 1.5 max, a drop over 50cents only result in a move of 25cents on the puts , and this is within a same day (no time decay) , I would think it should be 1.75 ,
how does one make money on option when it hardly move ???
