Agreed! Really surprised at the selloff the last thirty minutes. Seems most peoples minds are so conditioned towards bad news they expect any news to be bad! LOL!

Again not to sound redundant but here is what we know.

(1) ASCC is sold, waiting on 5 million dollars in HARD CASH!!

(2) Merger with gas company in Texas is moving forward.
We now have a timeline, can expect this to be done within
one to four weeks. (Sounds like a very straightforward deal
to me and will not take long)

(3) We are waiting on a PR, which could be released tomorrow
stating that not only is the sale of ASCC complete, now
we have the money in our account.

(4) The current pps is drastically low.


Now, I am sure that I have missed some things..... but
really people are you kidding me? Where can you find a stock
with this much going for it at nearly these levels?
