Argyll: Two things: (1) expect to file this week. Does not mean that they will; they "expect" to file; (2) filing does not mean that it will show up in a few days.

I received a very similar message from him. Basically, it said the same thing. Give me a "few days" to complete and file it-we expect to file this week. Never did it say they will definitely file; only "expect" to file. Obviously, they have never filed a 10-k and they may be having some delays in part because of inexperience. I just do not think they would completely lie. They may be delayed, but not lie. They spent a fortune on doing this, so there is no reason not to turn it in. To me, the 10q is very important because it is going to giveus a better understanding of current business activity. The 10-k is as old as 1.6 years ago, January 1, 2004 to Dec 31, 2004. It will be helpful, but will not really give us the current true story. So, perhaps they are trying to time the two together or have the 10-k filed first with the 10q right behind it a week later. My point is that it will come, obviously, the 10-k is not going to be a blockbuster or they would have filed it by now. Then again, why spend the money to get off the pinks unless you have something to show for it. Remember, filing a 10-k is a process. But, for those who are impatient, sell now. Also, if they are filing all 140 pages that is a much longer document than typical.
