Mr. but anyhow, the Jabra product was invented by Woody Norris, was an UNPROVEN product and there were no funds to market it. A female excutive of Norris Communications, (who's name escapes me) left NCII and with backers formed a company with the express purpose of marketing the earphone device. This new company, Jabra, had monetary backing but the earphone was NOT perfected at that time and it took quite a bit of time to get it to market where it was NOT an instant success.

Not too many customers were knocking the door down to buy the earphone. Woody sold something on the order of 60% (I believe) for what he could get at that time. This was an unknown product with no history, it DID NOT BRING IN BARRRELS OF CASH.
Some YEARS later the remainder of ownership in Jabra was sold to the company, again not for a barrel full of cash.

The Jabra product and company you now see in retail stores has become successful, (I presume) and gone far beyond what Woody had under his control. So to make the ABSOLUTE MISLEADING STATEMENT, that this transaction was worth $40,000,000 IS a
D A M N LIE.. It helped keep NCII/EDig alive. The Jabra company then perfected the product, with much more funding going into it.

I am sorry but I cannot understand people like you. What is your purpose in doing things like this? Don't you have the least little bit of a conscience...If you don't like the company and wish to complain that's one thing, but to make up facts with the sole purpose of sowing seeds of doubt and dissention among those who are invested in EDig is not something my parents brought me up to feel was how to live my life...

You stink....

Frank
