Hi, StockVoyager . . .

Remember me ? ? ?

Well, I remember you . . .

And, I see you're still at it, too . . .

Nothing personal - ICOA is a scam - fact!

Now . . .

Last time I checked, I believe we chatted about the differences between a "Fact" and "An Opinion Disguised As A Fact". And, I believe that last discussion was nearly a year ago. And yet, here we are, once again, with the following facts:

- No R/S.

- No De-listing of the Stock.

- Updates out in a "better late than never" fashion but still out, nevertheless.

- Stock still selling "from time to time" but still selling, nevertheless.

And all of this just like last year and the year before that . . .

And yet, still no concrete evidence, from you, to show how you support your argument that ICOA is a factual, evidence based Scam, other than your "argument" that " No Significant Performance = A Scam ".

But Now . . .

As for my opinion, on the other hand, a "None Performing Stock" could be the result of any number of factors, only ONE of which COULD be that the stock is a Scam.

So, let's see here, to sum things up, based upon the current, easily obtainable and relavent evidence . . .

FACT = COULD BE,

and

COULD BE = FACT,

Right?

Is it any wonder, then, why I decided to respectfully agree to disagree with you and then promptly stopped posting replies to your FACTS.

And did this so, so, long ago . . .

smile - smile - smile

GO ICOA !!!
