I think with the warrants added in and the pre-existing O/S, we should be looking at an A/S of 80mil and an O/S around 65mil. Those are rough estimates but I would be pleased with an O/S this size. Should a ~1bil settlement with 1% royalty over 4 years be given to VringoIP, we would probably be looking at a share value around $50. Or maybe my estimate for the PPS is a bit low! Either way, I don't see how this case won't be settled, so it's just a matter of time. I have plenty of time to wait.
