No SEC filings?

Doesn't that mean Rox would have to include financials and admit they are not audited? And, if her financials do not jive with what this current auditor finds, and if they don't jive with what she has reported to the IRS then what? A corner room at the "Graybar Hotel?"

No SEC filings in almost a year. OTC filings yes but no SEC filings since June of 2011. I can understand why Roxy wouldn't want to file that 10-K with them.
