How many people have been issued shares valued at .10 in lieu of loans/salaries? Who knows.......???

....but quite a bit of overhang with the prospect of zero (as is the case with emxc bagholders) being the alternative. I am not even sure you can take the tax write off if you don't "sell" them. I had a case where I held shares in a company that went bk....but I was still able to sell my shares and demonstrate the loss.
