No NEWS, NO CHANGE IN PRODUCT, so it is appearing to be a P&D at this time. Potential yes. Is it a good product? Yes. But Math Programs were ALL on tape and CDs sold years ago ... even to GULP! COLLEGES. So why buy when you can borrow from the library? Or buy them heap second hand? ...unless there is a LARGE customer as in a Politically motivated No Child Left Behind? Any news, any rumors? NO! Sudden influx of WOW posts and no negatives other than mine (a 10+ year holder) smells like a P&D.

DD is incorrect as far as I know as well, Another item there are 100MM shares authorized. Reichman and his wife have been "working" for years for nada other than STOCK. So how much will they get in stock? Reverse split will kill them as well as us. Rarely does a reverse split ever go up, usually down to a prereverse price!
