So I will speculate. Mind you, I have absolutely no insight into this, but it is what SP has to do to even negotiate a merger/acquisition or even move forward.

Annual financials filed and audited.
1st quarter reported.

No one will want this or any other company if they can't put $'s to it, and that includes OS. Without this, nothing will happen. TALK TO US, SP. GLTA. R3
