The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of #### because of questions that have been raised about the accuracy and adequacy of publicly available information about #### because it has not filed any periodic reports since its delinquent 2009 Form 10-K, filed June 15, 2010.

ASYIE doesn't even come close to the time frame of the above mentioned stock we are 24 days late on the 10K no biggy, good try though!
