This is what I get.

They need to generate cash flow. The only way is to process regulated medical waste. After all, that's the focus of their business. Selling a unit or two a year ain't cutting it.

How can MCLN generate free cash flow, and get money in the bank?

Processing centers is the only way that I can think of to generate cash flow.

Do you know another way?

Therefore, the only way MCLN can make is to get involved in processing centers, and alot of them.

Otherwise, our boat will sink!
