I was thinking the same thing at first but besides the fact that any publicity is good publicity, I think the statement Kim made in the CC about customers coming up with uses Kim had not thought of makes it a good move.

For example if Goodyear happened by and thought it would make better fiber for tires (which I think) It may have never crossed Kim's mind.
A show like this can give you more ideas then sales.

Ideas is where the money is.

Selling the idea is how the money gets to you.

A customers idea is like handing you a sale
