There is NOTHING balanced in your assessment.

Even people like myself that are supporters (and owners of the stock, which I assume you are not), always caveat IF/WHEN the execute on the plan.

There is nothing the company has done wrong since Dec. 2011. Until they lie and it is proven, you have to give them the benefit of the doubt.

This is a Gold Mining Venture that is already in progress.

If they succeed, shareholders will succeed.

If they don't, we won't.

It is pretty simple.
