Thanks for responding, Jwez. That is helpful, believe it or not.

Secondly, there were a couple of things out of last night and the LNET CC. We got to see how a real company responds to the challenges of business. While I think they have some real struggles ahead, they have a plan and it is moving forward under competent and creative leaders. SP, for all his tech savy, just has too much on him to develop a company to respond to these massive challenges. He doesn't really even have time to talk to us. I hope and pray ST is shouldering more of the load. It probably is a miracle that SP has taken this a far as it has gone. SP, YOU STILL NEED TO TALK TO YOUR SHAREHOLDERS!

Third, LNET is in need of other revenue sources, just like the hotel industry in general. I can tell everyone here that MGM/Mirage is in serious need of revenue ideas for their future, and they are searching for the kind of business help that will turn them increased revenue streams. IF the ad insertion by Tivus is bringing in any kind of revenue stream, these people will be interested. Marry this with a proven company like LNET (who also needs other revenue) and you have a monster combination. I can only hope that egos won't get in the way of M&A activity.

Finally, the buyout of Tivus with the current OS wouldn't get anyone more than .10 a share, and I think probably far less, perhaps .05. A $75,000,000 purchase price would be fair, considering that to date Tivus has been mostly talk with limited delivery. If the ad insertion tech proves out with Host, that's another deal. BUT WHO WOULD KNOW? SP, TALK TO US! GLTA. R3
