Sterv, after reading that document, I've found something pretty interesting with regards to Lowjack's claim that it was filed in 2012.

That claim is TOTALLY FALSE, and if I were you I'd be very very ticked off.

January 16, 2012 is NOT the date that the notary acknowledge the signature, but the DATE HER NOTARY EXPIRES IN THE STATE OF TEXAS!


Look at the notary stamp. First line is the date that she acknowledged the document.

Second line is where her signature goes.

Third line is where her printed name goes (BUT SHE WROTE THE DATE HER COMMISSION EXPIRES HERE)

Fourth line is where the date her commission exipires goes... Jan 16, 2012.
