As of December 31, 2010, HVB has 18 branch offices in Westchester County, New York, five in Manhattan, New York, four in Bronx County, New York, one in Rockland County, New York, one in Queens County, New York, one in Kings County, New York, five in Fairfield County, Connecticut and one in New Haven County Connecticut. The Company provides investment management services through a wholly owned subsidiary of HVB, A.R. Schmeidler & Co., Inc. (ARS), a money management firm. It derives revenues and income from providing banking and related services to businesses, professionals, municipalities, not-for-profit organizations and individuals within its market area. Effective March 1, 2010, NYNB was merged into the Bank.
