The share issuance would never have been a problem and not discussed here if the share price was higher. BUT the low valuation is NOT a result of equity funding deals like Ironridge. The unfairly low price is rather a result of the following:

1. The listing on OTCBB. Institutions and bigger investors can't invest. Also not a trustworthy place to be and a lot of manipulation going on.

2. The company started 2007 and is today not yet that wellknown. Only a few retail investors like ourselves buying and selling only a small portion of total shares. Without the JF there would be even fewer of us.

3. Probably the most important reason for the low SIAF PPS is the overall fear in the US of Chinese stocks based on a few true scams. Hopefully this will change sometime from now.


So, let's keep all this in mind and focus on the right things. The company is young and is doing everything right at the moment to make money and create company growth in a country with such a speed and demand for their products. It would be foolish to slow down just because of the share issuance/dilution as some of you are suggesting. They need money to grow. The valuation will evetually follow and become fair. I believe that many of us in the western world don't really understand the speed with which China is moving, it's way beyond what we have here. And Solomon acts accordingly with both speed and a different business model which obviously work very well. He is surfing on the biggest demand wave the world have seen in order to position Sino Agro Food as one of the leading agriculture and aquaculture companies in China which has a population of 1.7 billion people.
