Rox is CEO of both she has a pattern of lying and not paying for services.
EMXC is no longer trading because of her incompetence.
Her IR guys were given information by her about her companies. The information was misleading at best. She then benefited from their work and from their clients buying stock based on what Rox told them.Then just like her attorneys and TA they were not paid in full.
Of coarse she blames all of the above for all her failures.
Now MPIX is in the toilet from same pattern lies and BS.
So the point is she runs MPIX and is MPIX going to go the same way as EMXC. IMO the IR guys were also responsible for their clients buying shares in MPIX on Rox's news. She most likely hyped her IR guys about MPIX
Then Rox never performed and of coarse it is always the other parties fault. Maybe this will all come out from Sec or lawsuits from EMXC holders or even IR firm. IMO who knows when the truth will come out and what will happen. This whole thing is a giant cluster fXXX.
