I think it was retail taking profits. Not everyone is interested in the 3% dividend. I think a lot of people were waiting to see what would happen on the 2nd news release to see what it would do. It didn't do too hot, so people locked profits and bailed.

I kind of expected least one more PR myself prior to the devi date. It was lack luster and sort of speculative. The financing was awesome news.. the speculation of multi million in potential earnings was a bit fluffy.
