Valuation (cut & paste from another board)

Economy improving, retail and restaurant sectors doing great. What could be the potential valuation for GTIM? Looking into the financial data, here is my analysis.

1. GTIM losing little money, in the range of $250K or less each qtr, having sales between $5M to $5.5M.
2. I believe, with $500K sales increase per quarter, it could breakeven.
3. With $1M sales increase per quarter, it could post $300K to $400K net profit e.g. $0.10 to $0.15 eps, $0.40 to $0.60 eps annualized basis.
4. Q1 sales are nicely up , new biz plan in pipe line.
5. I think, it could post profit in Q1 itself or in 2H of the year.

Little profit will give it a dramatically high EPS. So I believe there is all possibility to hit $20/sh e.g. $55M market cap. Anyone agrees or tends to agree with my DD?
