It's not too far fetched for me to think that maybe LNET will (or has) bought Tivus. Or perhaps merge with them. LNET has the financing to do that. Especially if LNET wants to buy a majority in Tivus stock then it would be a real good deal for them.

Maybe LNET announcing ad insertion is Tivus joining them and taking care of that part of the business.

Maybe the longs that are in contact with Shiva remain silent and are unafraid because they already know what's up..

And then comes the biggest clue of all, Steven Truckenmiller joins Tivus. If that is sheer coincidence i will eat my hat! Something is up and we will know soon.... Gold or dirt fellas! Sooooon!
