Here's my communication with IR for new comers and those who missed
it. IR updated twice in newsletters since. This conversation took place
Thursday and Friday of LAST week.

Q1 - Why is EVDR not listed on both your updates which I received today
and yesterday?
A - If theres action or something happening we add it if nothing to add
we leave it alone.

Q2 - Why all the dilution taking place this week?
A - Who's diluting? Its shareholders selling amongst themselves. The
share structure is undisturbed!

Q3 - And why did it go to No info on OTCMarkets?
A - Fee needs to be paid about $4,000

Q4 - Is EVDR finished?!
A - Nooooooooooooo!!!!???? Not even started! We have 2 mergers in
works paper going back and forth Indian co is sold Waiting on $$$ to
be wired in so that new merger can be paid for.

Q5 - On Jan 20, 2012 in a PR the company stated the A/S to be 988 million
shares and the float around 365 million, now when you said undisturbed,
were you referring to this same SS?
A - YES! Undisturbed means NO NEW shares were issued.

Q6 - What is the dollar amount of ASCC sale?
A- We think they got about 0.005c / per share We thought they should of
been about 2c. Pinks / OTC are quotation boards not like a real stock
market. Also there's no institutional buyers (they are not allowed by
law as Pinks are non reporting) so its a bucket with no bottom support.
Its a speculative market.

Q7 - Do merger candidates have solid track records as far as business
and revenues "in the $$ millions" as you've stated in a previous PR?
A - Yes we have several MONSTER companies that were / are looking at
EVDR. We don't know what direction EVDR management will go but we do
know that ASCC as is in EVDR is worth many many many X greater than
Pinks quote them at 0007

Q8 - Thanks again, your answers are very clear and straight forward.
However, when I asked "What is the dollar amount of ASCC sale?"
I meant: Were they sold for 3, 5, 7 or $10 million dollars for example?

A - We think they are getting about $5 mill. That's our best guess.
Next week may be a nice surprise in the store. When they sell its
up to them but our intent is to blow the lid off this one!
