LVFH ENTERS INTO CREDIT FACILITY WITH DIRECTORS
 
Las Vegas From Home.com Entertainment Inc. has entered into two credit facilities with two directors, whereby the company may draw down up to $170,000 from each of the two facilities ($340,000 in the aggregate) as and when needed by the company. Amounts advanced under the facilities bear interest at 5 per cent per annum and are payable on demand. Financing under the credit facilities is subject to exchange approval.
