By "develop internally" I read it as saying that we're not putting more money into buying trees, but we're ab;e to expand by using our own seeds. This is almost a free ride, except for the cost of managing and maintaining it.

John has been consistant in letting us know that we're STILL developing this project. How many MILLIONS did we forcast for the value of the wood? HUGE! gives me some wood just thinking about it lol
