this is probably a foolish question, but Im very new to the market. i notice during after hours, the bid/ask usually ends up at .018 and .035 or higher as the ask. Is this because shares are being bought after hours? and is this good/bad or doesnt really matter at all? you guys are wayyyy above me haha
