I would dearly love to have an honest debate and give you the reasons I have watched for over the last 15 years but we both know that is not going to happen. I will say this. There is no reason now or at anytime the Gerry Lenfest who as you know owns 90 % of the shares in this company will ever take the company private. If Gerry wanted a private company there was no reason to go public in the first place. Did he need money from shares of stock ?? Did he ever need any involvement in the penny market ??

If that is truly the case then why. Gerry Lenfest is hell bent on giving away every penny he has. All that taking this company private will do is give him more that he must rid himself of.

Sometime we may get a chance to talk and I will give you all the reasons I have seen over the years for Gerry Lenfest being the man no one can seem to except as being as great as he is.
