So how long do these things typically take? I know of no legitimate business that doesn't produce quarterly financials if for no other reason than to pay estimated taxes to the IRS.

Starting an audit is a very different thing than posting the results. Only then will investors actually have something to base an informed decision on. Until then all you really have is more PR propaganda. IMO more "stalling and lulling."
