MMRF should renegotiate the Chartis contract and put a cumululative monthly income into the salespersons pocket even if it was only 5 dollars a month! This would be a real incentive for individual salespersons to push the PHR for all their clients and future contacts! Sure it is nice to offer PHR's on the current blanket coverage hoping clients become users but far more profitable getting users by giving the salespersons a monetary incentive for pushing the client to sign up and become a user! Insurance salespersons tend to stay in their profession for a lifetime and depend on their clients to renew policys to make a good comfortable retirement income for themselves...100 clients...500 dollars...200 clients...1000 dollars and so on!....Mr. Langani should take this on and renegotiate that Chartis contract and do not give exclusive rights to Chartis for this but get all other insurance companys involved too!...JMO...Tif..
