I agree with PennyBears TA works it is no crystal ball but it is an Excellent indicators. The FLoat plays a big role. As far as fundamentals sometimes it plays a role to a degree but is not the first thing I look at. IMHO the criteria I use for whatever its worth which has worked pretty good for me is

1. What the company does. The WOW factor. Example do they make gasoline from garbage plastic JBI# screams buy
Do they have a better Newer techhnology
Example: SNDY

2. Volume b4 price.

3. Technicals, consolidation, candlestick patterns etc..

4. No pumps & dumps. No promo plays for me
